By accessing or using the TK Tech website, contacting
us about our services, or entering into an agreement
with TK Tech, you agree to comply with these Terms of
Service where they apply.
If you engage TK Tech for a project, additional terms
may be included in a quotation, proposal, statement
of work or other written agreement.
TK Tech provides digital and technology services
including:
-
Website Design
-
AI Chatbots
-
Business Automation
-
Social Media Services
-
AI Governance
The exact scope, deliverables and timescales for a
project will be agreed with the client before or
during the engagement as appropriate.
Before starting paid project work, TK Tech may provide
a quotation, proposal, statement of work or other
written confirmation describing the agreed services.
This may include the project scope, deliverables,
estimated timescale, fees, payment schedule and any
specific responsibilities of TK Tech and the client.
Where project-specific written terms conflict with
these general Terms of Service, the project-specific
agreement will normally apply to that project to the
extent of the conflict.
Clients are responsible for providing the information,
content, approvals and access reasonably required for
TK Tech to complete agreed work.
-
Providing accurate project requirements and
information.
-
Providing requested feedback and approvals within
a reasonable period.
-
Ensuring they have permission to provide TK Tech
with any text, images, logos, data or other
materials supplied for a project.
-
Reviewing completed work before final approval or
publication.
Delays in receiving required information, access,
feedback or approval may affect project timescales.
Project fees and payment arrangements will be
communicated before work begins or confirmed in the
relevant project agreement or invoice.
Where a deposit or advance payment is required, TK Tech
may wait until the payment has been received before
commencing the relevant work.
Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated
on the invoice or project agreement. Where payment is
overdue, TK Tech may pause work, withhold delivery or
suspend services until outstanding amounts are resolved,
subject to any applicable agreement and law.
We understand that project requirements can change.
Reasonable revisions may be included where agreed as
part of the original project scope.
Requests that materially change the original scope,
functionality, workload or deliverables may require
additional time and fees. Where appropriate, TK Tech
will discuss these changes with the client before
carrying out additional work.
Intellectual property ownership and usage rights may
vary depending on the project and will be subject to
any specific written agreement between TK Tech and
the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TK Tech retains
ownership of its pre-existing materials, reusable
components, processes, know-how, methods, templates
and tools.
Rights relating to bespoke final deliverables may be
transferred or licensed to the client as specified
in the relevant project agreement and, where
applicable, following full payment.
Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins,
libraries and other materials remain subject to
their respective licences and terms.
Some TK Tech solutions may use or integrate with
third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs,
plugins, software, AI tools or social media services.
These third-party services are operated independently
and may have their own pricing, licences, privacy
policies, availability commitments and terms of use.
TK Tech does not control third-party platforms and
cannot guarantee that they will remain continuously
available, unchanged or compatible with a client's
solution.
Some services provided by TK Tech may incorporate
artificial intelligence or automated technologies.
AI-generated or automated outputs can contain errors,
omissions or unexpected results and should be reviewed
appropriately before being relied upon.
Clients remain responsible for decisions they make
based on AI-generated content or automated outputs,
unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
TK Tech encourages responsible use of AI. Clients
should avoid submitting confidential, sensitive or
personal information to third-party AI systems unless
they have determined that doing so is appropriate and
lawful.
Where confidential business information is shared
during an engagement, TK Tech will take reasonable
steps to handle that information appropriately and
use it for the purposes of delivering the agreed
services.
Where a project requires more detailed confidentiality
obligations, these should be set out in a separate
confidentiality agreement or project agreement.
TK Tech aims to provide services with reasonable care
and skill. However, technology services can depend on
third-party systems, client-provided information and
other factors outside our direct control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject
to any specific project agreement, TK Tech will not be
responsible for indirect or consequential losses
arising from the use of the website or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability
where it would be unlawful to do so.
Cancellation and termination arrangements may depend
on the type and stage of the project and any
project-specific agreement.
Where a project is cancelled after work has started,
the client may be responsible for fees relating to
work already completed and any non-refundable costs
reasonably incurred for the project, subject to the
applicable agreement and law.
TK Tech may suspend or terminate services where there
is a serious breach of agreed terms, unlawful activity,
non-payment or misuse of our services, subject to any
applicable contractual and legal requirements.
You may use the TK Tech website for lawful purposes
and to learn about or enquire about our services.
You must not intentionally attempt to damage,
interfere with, gain unauthorised access to or misuse
the website, its systems or any associated services.
Information on this website is provided for general
information and may be updated from time to time.
Service descriptions on the website do not by
themselves constitute a binding offer or project
agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by
applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws
of England and Wales.
Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject
to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or legal
protections that may apply.
TK Tech may update these Terms of Service from time
to time to reflect changes to our services, business
practices or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page
together with the date it was last updated.

Service or would like clarification before starting
