My journey into technology started with a genuine curiosity about how computers, data and digital technology could be used to solve real-world problems. That curiosity eventually became a passion and led me to pursue technology academically and professionally.
I studied BSc Computer Science at the University of Nottingham , where I developed my knowledge of programming, software, problem-solving and the foundations behind modern technology. During my studies, I became particularly interested in data and the growing role it plays in how organisations understand problems, make decisions and develop better solutions.
After completing my Computer Science degree, I wanted to develop that interest further. I went on to study a Master's in Data Science at the University of St Andrews , which I successfully completed. This allowed me to explore areas including data analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence and how increasingly powerful technologies can be applied to practical problems.
Throughout that journey, one thing became increasingly clear to me: there is a huge amount of powerful technology available, but many businesses still aren't sure how to use it effectively. Technology can often feel complicated, expensive or difficult to understand when, ultimately, it should be making things easier.
That is one of the reasons I created TK Tech. I wanted to take my passion for technology, data and AI and turn it into something practical — helping businesses understand what technology can actually do for them and building solutions around genuine business needs.
Today, through TK Tech, I combine my background in Computer Science and Data Science with creativity and problem-solving to help businesses build a stronger digital presence and work smarter. Our work includes website design, AI chatbots, business automation, social media services and AI governance.
I'm also a strong believer in responsible technology. As AI becomes a bigger part of everyday business, organisations need to think not only about what AI can do, but how it should be used. That's why responsible AI and AI governance are an important part of the direction I'm building for TK Tech.
